Loretta cd954a1dd3 Redesign sidebar navigation for wide screens, new icons ... Refactored sidebar to support collapse/expand on wide screens (≥1600px) via a hamburger menu. Updated CSS for transitions, icon resizing, and improved layout. Replaced navigation icons with new SVGs and added corresponding CSS variables/classes. Enhanced NavMenu.razor with tooltips and admin group labeling. Sidebar toggler now defaults to expanded. Improved UI with sticky sidebar and visible toggler.
