Loretta	e61c605b11	Update schema compare config, connection, and exclusions ... Updated connection strings to remove password and add Pooling=False. Added new schema compare settings for pre/post deploy scripts and external models. Upgraded excluded element references to Microsoft.Data.Tools.Schema.Sql v170.0.0.0.
