Added comprehensive README.md documentation to every project and subfolder in the solution. Each README describes the purpose, key files, structure, dependencies, and design patterns for its area. TimeStampInfo

Interfaces for entity timestamp tracking (created/modified) and a marker to disable automatic timestamp setting.

Key Files

  • ITimeStampCreated.cs — Defines a Created DateTime property.
  • ITimeStampModified.cs — Defines a Modified DateTime property.
  • ITimeStampInfo.cs — Composite interface combining ITimeStampCreated and ITimeStampModified.
