Loretta 3e00876c0f Increase default buffer size; remove diagnostic test/debug Increased InitialBufferCapacity default to 16 KB in AcBinarySerializerOptions and updated docs. Removed ProtocolRoundTripDiagnosticTest and related diagnostic code from SignalRClientToHubTest.cs. AyCode.Core

Core library for the AyCode platform. Targets .NET 9 (set in AyCode.Core.targets). Provides serialization (Binary, JSON, Toon), compression, logging, validation, and shared utilities.
