Loretta 3e00876c0f Increase default buffer size; remove diagnostic test/debug Increased InitialBufferCapacity default to 16 KB in AcBinarySerializerOptions and updated docs. Removed ProtocolRoundTripDiagnosticTest and related diagnostic code from SignalRClientToHubTest.cs.
