Loretta 1410ee71f0 Migrate UseMetadata to inline format, remove metadata footer ... Refactored AcBinarySerializer to write type property metadata inline after the ObjectWithMetadata marker, eliminating the need for a separate metadata footer section. Updated serialization, deserialization, and diagnostic test logic to support the new inline metadata format.
