Implements a high-performance raw byte[] protocol path for SignalR DataSource GetAll/LoadDataSource, using a new IsRawBytesData flag in SignalParams. The client receives the raw bytes and deserializes as needed, avoiding double serialization/deserialization and improving performance for large payloads.
