Loretta	ab1af9fcfa	[LOADED_DOCS: 3 files, no new loads] Add streaming pipeline & NamedPipe support to serializer Introduced AsyncPipeReaderInput for chunked streaming deserialization with true parallel producer/consumer support. Added PipeReader/PipeWriter pipeline integration, struct adapter, and extension methods. Implemented cross-platform NamedPipe roundtrip helpers. Updated default chunk size to 65535 (UINT16 max). Added comprehensive tests for all pipeline steps and updated docs for conventions and project layout.	2026-04-28 20:23:07 +02:00
